Inspect before you buy and know what you're buying. Certain items have damage or have been repaired - we were not able to examine every item on this auction so there may be items with damage or repairs that we missed. Due to the lighting in the museum, camera shots with the flash on or off may give an item the appearance of a slightly different color, for example, white angels may appear to be cream colored with the flash off. We strongly encourage you to come to one of the four in-person previews for this reason. You are the sole and final judge on what the items are worth when you bid on them and purchase them.

Buyers are responsible for the moving, packing, boxing and loading of all items purchased. This means providing your own labor/help, tools, equipment, boxes, packaging materials, or anything else you might need for pickup. Some of the angels, oak cases, etc., in this auction are large and/or heavy. Please attend one of the auction previews to understand what you will need to pickup your item(s) if you are a winning bidder. Beloit Auction cannot provide or ensure assistance for the loading of your items.

1.You must be registered in order to bid. 2. All items are sold 'As is - Where is' with no guarantees of any kind. Some items may have damage - inspect/examine items at one of the previews so you know what you are buying. All sales are final and no returns are allowed for any reason. 3. All invoices must be paid in full by Thursday, October 25, 2018 by 10:00 a.m. unless approved payment arrangements have been made prior to that time with the Beloit Auction office. That means every minute a select number of lots will close. The closing of an item means it is a scheduled time that bidding should end on that particular lot. This auction is scheduled to close 5 items per minute. 12. All of our online only auctions are conducted using a soft close. This means even if an item is scheduled to close at a particular time, in this auction if someone places a bid in the last minute, one minute will be added to the scheduled close time for that particular lot. The time extension will continue to occur every time a bid is placed until there is at least one minute with no additional bids. 13.
