Inspect before you buy and know what you're buying. Certain items have damage or have been repaired - we were not able to examine every item on this auction so there may be items with damage or repairs that we missed. You are the sole and final judge on what the items are worth when you bid on them and purchase them.


Buyers are responsible for the moving, packing, boxing and loading of all items purchased. This means providing your own labor/help, tools, equipment, boxes, packaging materials, or anything else you might need for pickup. Some of the tools and equipment in this auction are large and/or heavy. Please attend one of the auction previews to understand what you will need to pickup your item(s) if you are a winning bidder. Beloit Auction cannot provide or ensure assistance for the loading of your items.

1.You must be registered in order to bid. 2. All items are sold 'As is - Where is' with no guarantees of any kind. All sales are final and no returns are allowed for any reason. 3. All invoices must be paid in full by Thursday, September 20 by 11:00 A.M. unless approved payment arrangements have been made prior to that time with the Beloit Auction office. If you have not paid for your items by this date and time, the credit card that you used to register your online account with will be charged. If for any reason payment is unable to be processed with this card your account will be suspended. To reinstate your account, full payment in the amount of your outstanding invoice, a $20 service charge and any other applicable charges or fees must be paid. Beloit Auction reserves the right to immediately sell the lots/merchandise on your invoice if your payment is unable to be processed per our duty to the seller to empty out the building space within this specified timeframe. 4. Anyone caught tampering with tags, merchandise or shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. 5. Beloit Auction will not be held responsible for any inconsistencies in description announced or printed, therefore buyers are responsible for inspecting all items and deciding for themselves if the item they have seen is what they want to buy. 6. According to Federal Uniform Commercial Code (UCC 2-238) At the closing of each auction item there is a legal binding contract for the purchase of the item and the buyer shall be responsible for safeguarding their purchased items from the public such as during pick-up time. Beloit Auction recommends being on site as quickly as possible. 7. Buyers are responsible for the moving, packing, boxing and loading of all items purchased. This means providing your own labor/help, riggers, pallet jacks, hand trucks/dollys, forklifts, trailers, vehicles, packing materials, and boxes/bags to load your own vehicle. Beloit Auction cannot provide or ensure assistance for the loading of your items. 8. Beloit Auction staff reserve the right to bid on and purchase merchandise. 9. All items must be picked up at the specific times stated below per the Terms and Conditions. The business space is now being leased by a new tenant and everything needs to be picked up during these days/times. Do NOT bid if you cannot pickup your items during these pickup times. Winning bidders acknowledge they lose all ownership rights to their items if not picked up during the specified times and that no refunds will be given. All of our online only auctions are conducted using staggered closing times. That means every minute a select number of lots will close. The closing of an item means it is a scheduled time that bidding should end on that particular lot. This auction is scheduled to close 4 items per minute. 12. All of our online only auctions are conducted using a soft close. This means even if an item is scheduled to close at a particular time, if someone places a bid in the last two minutes, two minutes will be added to the scheduled close time for that particular lot. The time extension will continue to occur every time a bid is placed until there are at least two minutes with no additional bids.
