The owners were collectors and furniture refinishers with thoughts of opening their own resale shop. The garage storage unit is approximately 16 feet deep by 10 feet deep. The upper unit has primarily brand name clothing and shoes - men's, women's and children's. Owner stated brands included Air Jordan, Tommy, Vera Wang, Carhartt, Garanimals, Carter's, and more. Shoes in this unit are mostly leather. Clothing from 0-6 months and up to XL. Linens from
throughout the house; blankets,
lace curtains, towels and sheets.
GARAGE STORAGE UNIT #2 (LOWER)
The owners were collectors and furniture refinishers with thoughts of opening their own resale shop. The garage storage unit is approximately 16 feet deep by 10 feet deep. The lower unit has specialty woods, mahogany,
cherry, black walnut, and oak. This unit also has some scrap metal. Antique chairs to newer style chairs, 4 matching taller chairs, 6 foot fireplace mantle, trunks and many salvaged furniture legs/spindles. Tables includes large oak table and 6 spindle leg dining table.

Payment and pickup of items must follow the timelines specified in the advertising for this auction. Cash, approved check, Visa, M/C, American Express, Discover, or Debit. 15% buyer's fee. 2% discount for cash, check, or Debit. All items must be picked up at the offsite location in Madison, WI starting at 9:30 AM on Saturday, June 30th (this is the only date of pickup). If you cannot make payment or pickup the items during the specified time, please do not bid. You will be charged an additional $60 if the unit(s) you purchase are not completely cleaned out by the end of the day on Saturday, June 30.
1.You must be registered in order to bid. 2. All items are sold 'As is- Where is' with no guarantees of any kind. All sales are final and no returns are allowed for any reason. 3. All invoices must be paid in full by Friday, June 29th by 12:30 P.M. prior to their pickup. If you have not paid for your items by this date and time, the credit card that you used to register your online account with will be charged. If for any reason payment is unable to be processed with this card your account will be suspended. To reinstate your account, full payment for your outstanding invoice, a $20 service charge and any other applicable charges or fees must be paid. Cash and Credit Card are the only accepted methods of payment. 4. Anyone caught tampering with tags, merchandise or shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. 5. Beloit Auction will not be held responsible for any inconsistencies in description announced or printed, therefore buyers are responsible for inspecting all items and deciding for themselves if the item they have seen is what they want to buy. 6. According to Federal Uniform Commercial Code (UCC 2-238) At the closing of each auction item there is a legal binding contract for the purchase of the item and the buyer shall be responsible for safeguarding their purchased items from the public during pick-up times. Beloit Auction recommends being on site as quickly as possible. 7. Buyers are responsible for the moving, packing, boxing and loading of all items purchased - you must bring your own labor/help. Beloit Auction cannot provide or insure assistance for the loading of your items as this auction is offsite (not at Beloit Auction). 8. Beloit Auction staff reserve the right to bid on and purchase merchandise. 9. All items must be picked up at the specific times stated above per the Terms and Conditions. 10. There is a 15% buyers premium added to the hammer price of all lots. 11. All of our online only auctions are conducted using staggered closing times. That means every minute a select number of lots will close. The closing of an item means it is a scheduled time that bidding should end on that particular lot. This auction is scheduled to close 3 items per minute. 12. All of our online only auctions are conducted using a soft close. This means even if an item is scheduled to close at a particular time, if someone places a bid in the last two minutes, two minutes will be added to the scheduled close time for that particular lot. The time extension will continue to occur every time a bid is placed until there are at least two minutes with no additional bids.
