All winning bidders will be emailed/messaged from our online scheduler, Shipping Saint, to schedule their pickup time (or shipping request).  The contents of this auction are in a small workshop at a private residence so everyone needs to sign up and come at their scheduled pickup time to make the pickups more efficient.  In-person auction pickups at the offsite location - 3437 Southworth Court, Rockford, IL are Friday, March 24, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  PICKUPS END PROMPTLY at their end times so plan accordingly.  You need to bring your own capable help, boxes, packing materials, ladder/tools, dollies, equipment, or whatever else you need as Beloit Auction staff will only be onsite to facilitate the pickup.  All pickup times must be scheduled through the email/message from Shipping Saint.

DO NOT TRY TO PICK ANYTHING UP WITHOUT CHECKING IN WITH BELOIT AUCTION STAFF FIRST.

BE SURE TO SCHEDULE YOUR PICKUP TIME THROUGH THE EMAIL/MESSAGE THAT WILL BE COMING FROM SHIPPING SAINT.  If you have any questions regarding the pickup, text or call David Allen (608) 333-4586.  AGAIN, IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP DURING THE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIMES - YOU LOSE ALL RIGHTS TO THOSE ITEMS.

All our online only auctions are conducted using a soft close. This means even if an item is scheduled to close at a particular time, if someone places a bid in the last 90 seconds, 90 seconds will be added to the scheduled close time for that particular lot. The time extension will continue to occur every time a bid is placed until there are at least 90 seconds with no additional bids. (16.) The Auctioneer cannot, and will not be, held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in their sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final. (17.) Buyer agrees any legal action taken regarding this auction, that jurisdiction is agreed upon by all parties to be placed in Rock County, WI.  Beloit Auction Service, Inc. will be entitled to the value of its time, costs, and attorney’s fees incurred as damages.
