Highlights include restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering equipment and supplies, appliances, electronics, TVs and A/V systems, kitchen equipment and smallwares, shelving, tables and chairs, picnic tables, decor and signage, assorted apparel, and a whole lot more!

PREVIEWS:
There will be two in-person previews on Saturday, Septembr 10th from 9:00AM - 11:00AM and Wednesday, September 14th from 9:00AM - 11:00AM. 

TERMS: Payment for your invoice will be processed online with your credit card on file after the auction ends.  There is a 16% buyer’s fee, 2% credit card convenience fee, and sales tax added to the final sale price of all lots. Bring your ID and your invoice marked "Paid in Full" to the pickup. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN HELP, BOXES, PACKAGING MATERIALS, TOOLS, AND EQUIPMENT - BELOIT AUCTION STAFF IS ONSITE TO MONITOR THE PICKUP ONLY.  There is NO shipping of the items on this auction. We also reserve the right to have any bidder pay by cash, certified check, or wire transfer as well for their invoice, regardless of amount, to prevent fraud.  

MAKE SURE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE IS CORRECT. IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE PLEASE DO SO BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSES.

PICK UP AT COLISEUM BAR AND WONDER BAR STEAKHOUSE:
We will be using an online calendar from Shipping Saint to schedule all pickups for this auction. Winning bidders will be emailed/messages after the auction ends and will be able to select a specific time slot to arrange pickup. This will allow us to schedule the amount of people onsite at the building at specific times to ensure a safer and more efficient pickup. 

Pickup times will be scheduled in 20-minute increments.
The pickup dates will be:
Friday, September 16, 2022 from 10:00AM - 3:00PM, 
Saturday, September 17, 2022, from 10:00AM - 3:00PM, and
Monday, September 19, 2022, from 10:00AM - 3:00PM.

All items must be removed by the end of the last scheduled pickup time or buyers will lose all ownership rights.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover cards. We also reserve the right to have any bidder pay by cash, certified check, or wire transfer as well for their invoice, regardless of amount, to prevent fraud. (5.) For buyers who purchase unopened bottles of alcohol, you must be 21 years of age or older. (6.) If for any reason payment is unable to be processed with this card, we will attempt to communicate with you as the winning bidder regarding payment.  If we are unable to communicate with you, your account will be suspended, and you will be blocked from bidding. To reinstate your account, a $50 service charge must be paid by cash or debit card. (7.) All items must be paid for and picked up by Monday, September 19, 2022 by 3:00PM. Items not picked up by the specific last pickup time listed will be considered forfeited and may be resold or discarded at Beloit Auction's discretion. If you have questions, call before you bid on any items. (8.) You agree that as a buyer on this auction, Beloit Auction may attempt to contact you by email, text, or phone regarding your invoice and/or pickup time. (9.) Anyone caught tampering with tags, merchandise or shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. (10.) Beloit Auction will not be held responsible for any inconsistencies in description announced or printed, therefore buyers are responsible for inspecting all items and deciding for themselves if the item they have seen is what they want to buy. (11.) According to Federal Uniform Commercial Code (UCC 2-238) At the closing of each auction item there is a legal binding contract for the purchase of the item. The buyer shall be responsible for safeguarding their purchased items from the public such as during the pick-up time. Beloit Auction recommends scheduling to be on site as quickly as possible to pick up your purchases. (12.) Buyers are responsible for the additional moving, packing, boxing, and loading of all items purchased. This means providing your own vehicle, packing materials, boxes, bags, and labor/help to load your own vehicle. Beloit Auction cannot provide or insure assistance for loading of your items. (13.) Beloit Auction staff reserve the right to bid on and purchase merchandise. (14.) All our online only auctions are conducted using staggered closing times. That means every minute a select number of lots will close. The closing of an item means it is a scheduled time that bidding should end on that lot. (15.) All our online only auctions are conducted using a soft close. This means even if an item is scheduled to close at a particular time, if someone places a bid in the last 90 seconds, 90 seconds will be added to the scheduled close time for that particular lot. The time extension will continue to occur every time a bid is placed until there are is at least 90 seconds with no additional bids. (16.) The Auctioneer cannot, and will not be, held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in their sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final.
