Over 50+ amazing wooden fish decorated by local artists will be sold through this online auction. 100% of the proceeds and the buyer's fee will be used to offer free art classes at the Beloit Art Center, 520 E. PREVIEW:  
Find and bid on your favorite fish in the Online Auction catalog or the fish can be previewed in person at the park across from First National Bank on the corner of State and E. Grand Avenue, Beloit. Other fish are located in Beloit at the Villager located at 429 E. Grand Avenue, at Walnut Creek at 408 E. Grand Avenue, or at Northwoods Premium Confections located at 314 State Street.  The fish will be taken down on August 15th so preview in person before then. Thank you.

TERMS:
There is a 16% buyer’s fee added to the final sale price of all lots (100% of this buyer's fee is going to the Beloit Art Center) plus sales tax. All lots can be paid for with cash, approved check, Visa, M/C, American Express, Discover, or Debit. We reserve the right to have any bidder pay by cash, certified check, or wire transfer as well for their invoice, regardless of amount, to prevent fraud. Payments must be completed online through the link embedded in your emailed invoice or at Beloit Auction - 534 W. Grand Avenue, Beloit, WI. All purchases must be paid for by Saturday, August 20th at 12:00 PM Noon.


Make sure your credit card information on file is correct. If you wish to change your credit card on file, please do so before the auction ends.

PICKUP INFORMATION:
Payments must be completed online through the link embedded in your emailed invoice or at Beloit Auction - 534 W. Grand Avenue, Beloit, WI.  Once paid, bring your invoice marked "Paid in Full" to The Beloit Art Center.  Pickup hours will be held the five days following this auction at The Beloit Art Center located at 520 E. Grand Avenue, Beloit, WI. The Beloit Art Center is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  You will lose ownership rights to your fish if not picked up by this time.

If they are not picked up by this time, and shipping has not been arranged, you will lose ownership of your item(s). (8.) You agree that as a buyer on this auction, Beloit Auction may attempt to contact you by email, text, or phone regarding your invoice. (9.) Anyone caught tampering with the fish or trying to steal them will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. (10.) Beloit Auction will not be held responsible for any inconsistencies in description announced or printed, therefore buyers are responsible for inspecting all items and deciding for themselves if the item they have seen is what they want to buy. (11.) According to Federal Uniform Commercial Code (UCC 2-238) At the closing of each auction item there is a legal binding contract for the purchase of the item. The buyer shall be responsible for safeguarding their purchased items from the public such as during the pick-up time. Beloit Auction recommends scheduling to be on site as quickly as possible to pick up your purchases. (12.) Beloit Auction will be processing all invoices/payments. Shipping costs will be calculated and processed by Nancy Mayhew (see above). (13.) Beloit Auction staff reserve the right to bid on and purchase merchandise. (14.) All our online only auctions are conducted using staggered closing times. That means every minute a select number of lots will close. The closing of an item means it is a scheduled time that bidding should end on that lot. (15.) All our online only auctions are conducted using a soft close. This means even if an item is scheduled to close at a particular time, if someone places a bid in the last 90 seconds, 90 seconds will be added to the scheduled close time for that particular lot. The time extension will continue to occur every time a bid is placed until there are is at least 90 seconds with no additional bids. (16.) The Auctioneer cannot, and will not be, held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in their sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final.
