Our normal payment procedure is to collect payment for your purchase by charging the credit card with which you registered on the secured Beloit Auction site. If you wish to use a different payment method, contact us immediately after receiving your e-mail confirmation of your purchase. Your shipping costs will be a separate charge to your credit card by the shipper unless you make other payment arrangements with them. Items not removed within 3 days of conclusion of auction will be charged a $20.00 per day storage fee.

A 35% reselling fee will be applied to purchases not paid in full by the Saturday following auction.

Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between BELOIT AUCTION SERVICE, INC. and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Rock County, Wisconsin.

Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card.

FIREARMS: All purchases of firearms must be processed from BELOIT AUCTION SERVICE, INC. through our Federal Firearms Licensed Broker to another Federal Firearms Licensed individual, broker or dealer. There is a $5.00 per long gun & $15 per hand gun processing fee that will be charged for each firearm you purchase. This fee is in addition to any and all buyer’s fees and shipping, insurance and handling fees. If you are the successful bidder and are unable to comply with Federal Law and the NIC’s approval process you will be charged a $25.00 no-sale fee for each firearm you have purchased. Make certain that you have made arrangements in place before you purchase a firearm online!
