Welcome to Beloit Auction. There is NO shipping on this auction. All lots are located inside the YMCA Riverside Branch located at 141 N. Main Street, Racine, WI 53403.

All winning bidders will be emailed/messaged from our online scheduling program to schedule their pickup date/time. This is a two-day pickup. The pickup hours are: Friday, June 20 from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and Saturday, June 21 from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. All items need to be paid for and picked up by 4:00 PM on Saturday, June 21, 2025, or a $50 handling/disposal charge will be added to your invoice. After 4:00 PM on Saturday, you lose all ownership rights to these items. Your credit card on file will then be charged for the full amount of your invoice and/or the handling/disposal charge. If the payment does not go through to your card on file, your account will be suspended until this invoice is paid off or a $50 service charge is paid (whichever amount is higher of the two). You may also be blocked from future bidding or face legal action if the items are not paid for or picked up.

Please call us if you have any questions. We highly suggest, as we do with all of our auctions, that you come to one of the previews so you can inspect the items you wish to purchase, as well as plan what you will need in terms of help, tools, and equipment to disassemble/remove them. Please read all of the informational lots at the beginning of this auction so you understand how this auction will operate, how you can pay/will be charged, and when you can preview and pickup. The pickup times are specific so don't bid if you (or someone you know) can't meet those pickup times/deadlines. You should bring YOUR OWN tools, dollies, equipment, and help to load your purchases. NO bathrooms will be available onsite. Do NOT bid if you cannot pickup at the specified times. Lots not picked up during these times will be considered abandoned, you will be charged for them, and you will lose ownership rights.
