Welcome to Beloit Auction. Lot 1 is at All World Machinery Supply, Inc. - 6164 All World Way, Roscoe, IL. The remaining lots are located at the former Arrow Engineering & Manufacturing - 5191 27th Ave, Rockford, IL. We highly suggest, as we do with all of our auctions, that you come to one of the previews so you can inspect the items you wish to purchase, as well as plan what you will need in terms of help, tools, and equipment to disassemble/remove them if you are responsible for doing so (a rigging service is required for many lots in this auction to do this for you and that rigging charge will be added to that lot on your invoice). Please call us if you have any questions. Please read all of the informational lots at the beginning of this auction so you understand how this auction will operate, how you can pay/will be charged, and when you can preview and pickup. The pickup times are specific and/or need to be scheduled so don't bid if you (or someone you know) can't meet those pickup times/deadlines. You should bring YOUR OWN tools, dollies, equipment, and help to load your purchases. NO bathrooms will be available onsite. Do NOT bid if you cannot pickup at the specified times (the pickup of lots requiring the rigging service need to be scheduled with the rigger). Lots not picked up during these times will be considered abandoned, you will be charged for them, and you will lose ownership rights. The following terms and conditions apply to this auction. (1.) YOU must register to bid. Auctioneer may establish such Bidder Registration requirements and Bidder qualification criteria as determined, in Auctioneer's discretion, to be reasonably necessary or appropriate. In order to register to bid, YOU must provide such information (including identifying and financial information) as requested by Auctioneer. Auctioneer may refuse to accept a Bidder Registration from any potential Bidder, may refuse to grant bidding privileges to any potential Bidder, and may revoke the Bidder Registration or bidding privileges of any Bidder. Auctioneer may, in Auctioneer's absolute discretion, receive bids from a person or entity that has not registered to bid, and/or has not satisfied all requirements for Bidder Registration, and, by bidding, such person or entity will be bound by Auctioneer's Bidder Terms and Conditions. Bidder qualification and registration provisions are intended for the benefit of Auctioneer and Seller, and create no rights or interests in any other persons, including competing Bidders. Auctioneer and/or Seller may (but will not be required to) waive any Bidder qualification and/or registration provisions, either globally or on a case-by-case basis. Bidder agrees to all terms and conditions of the auction set forth prior to bidding on the auction. These terms and conditions are made part of the offer to purchase. All bidders are required to register online prior to the beginning of the online auction if they intend to bid. Each bidder is assigned a unique bidder number. In consideration of being allowed to participate in this auction, bidder agrees that all bids he or she submits are irrevocable and binding. (2.) Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. (3.) All property sold “AS IS,” “WHERE IS,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” All property is being offered and sold in its AS IS/WHERE IS condition at the time of the auction, WITH ALL FAULTS, including any hidden defects of any nature. Neither Auctioneer nor Seller makes any representations, warranties, or guarantees whatsoever, express or implied, regarding the nature, value, source, authenticity, fitness, merchantability, and/or any other aspect or characteristics of such property. No statement anywhere, whether express or implied, including verbal statements made by Auctioneer or their staff, will be deemed a warranty or representation by the Auctioneer or Seller. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, there are no warranties of non-infringement, authenticity, origin, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are expressly disclaimed. You acknowledge and agree that you cannot rely, and have not relied, on any representation, warranty, or guaranty made by Auctioneer or their staff or the Seller, or anyone acting as agent of the Seller, orally or in writing. You acknowledge and agree that you have had the opportunity to inspect any lot(s) in person. You further acknowledge and agree that any photographs or other images of lot(s) are adequate for your purposes, and that you have had a full and fair opportunity to ask questions of the Auctioneer, and to conduct any and all due diligence deemed by you to be necessary or appropriate. You acknowledge and agree that all sales are final with no refunds or returns. (4.) A 16% buyer’s fee and applicable sales tax applies to all purchases. If you are tax exempt, email your tax exemption paperwork to staff@beloitauction.com after the auction ends. Absolutely no payments will be taken at the pickup sites as Beloit Auction staff will be there to monitor the pickup only. All credit/debit card payments will incur an additional 3.5% convenience fee. Invoices $300 or more must be paid by cash or wire transfer no later than Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Wire transfers must be initiated by Thursday, June 20, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Cash payments can be made at Beloit Auction - 534 W Grand Avenue, Beloit, WI. Invoices under $300 will automatically charged to the card on file after 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 20, 2025. We do not accept checks. We reserve the right to have any bidder pay by cash or wire transfer for their invoice, regardless of amount, to prevent fraud. (5.) Lot 1 is at All World Machinery Supply, Inc. - 6164 All World Way, Roscoe, IL. The remaining lots are located at the former Arrow Engineering & Manufacturing - 5191 27th Ave, Rockford, IL. All winning bidders whose lots don't include the rigging charge(s) will be emailed/messaged from our online scheduling program to schedule their pickup date/time. All winning bidders whose lots REQUIRE the rigging service will be emailed/advised to schedule their pickup (once their invoice has been paid), with ARCO Machinery Movers. All items NOT requiring the rigging service need to be paid for and picked up by 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 21, 2025 or a $100 handling/disposal charge will be added to your invoice. After 11:00 AM on Saturday you lose all ownership rights to these items. Your credit card on file will then be charged for the full amount of your invoice and all handling/storage charges. If the payment does not go through to your card on file, your account will be suspended until this invoice is paid off or a $100 service charge is paid (whichever amount is greater of the two). You may also be blocked from future bidding or face legal action if the items are not paid for or picked up. Items NOT requiring rigging services may be picked up on Friday, June 20, 2025, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM or on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. In regard to items REQUIRING rigging services (handled by ARCO Machinery Movers), specific scheduling with ARCO Machinery Movers is required (see each lot description for rigging charge information). Buyers must have invoices paid in full before scheduling rigging services. The pickup window for items requiring rigging services is Friday, June 20 – Friday, June 27, 2025. Optional delivery/storage services are available and must be handled directly through ARCO Machinery Movers. (6.) Anyone caught tampering with tags, merchandise or shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. (7.) Beloit Auction will not be held responsible for any inconsistencies in description announced or printed, therefore buyers are responsible for inspecting all items and deciding for themselves if the item they have seen is what they want to buy. (8.) According to Federal Uniform Commercial Code (UCC 2-238) At the closing of each auction item there is a legal binding contract for the purchase of the item. The buyer shall be responsible for safeguarding their purchased items from the public such as during the pick-up time. Beloit Auction recommends scheduling to be on site as quickly as possible to pick up your purchases. (9.) Buyers are responsible for moving, packing, boxing, and loading of all items purchased. This means providing your own vehicle, trailer, packing materials, boxes, bags, and labor/help to load your own vehicle. Beloit Auction cannot provide or insure assistance for loading of your items. (10.) Beloit Auction staff reserve the right to bid on and purchase merchandise. (11.) This online only auction is conducted using staggered closing times. That means every two minutes a select number of lots will close. The closing of an item means it is a scheduled time that bidding should end on that lot. (12.) All our online auctions are conducted using a soft close. This means even if an item is scheduled to close at a particular time, if someone places a bid in the last 90 seconds, 90 seconds will be added to the scheduled close time for that particular lot. The time extension will continue to occur every time a bid is placed until there is at least 90 seconds with no additional bids. (13.) The Auctioneer cannot, and will not be, held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in their sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final. (14.) Buyer agrees any legal action taken regarding this auction, that jurisdiction is agreed upon by all parties to be placed in Rock County, WI. Beloit Auction Service, Inc. will be entitled to the value of its time, costs, and attorney’s fees incurred as damages.
