PICKUP TIMES
We will be using an online scheduler to schedule all pickups for this auction. Winning bidders will be emailed after the auction ends to select a specific time slot to arrange pickup. This will allow us to schedule the amount of people onsite at the building at specific times to ensure a safer and more efficient pickup.

Bring your zero balance invoice when you pick up your purchases.

This is a two-day pickup for everything except the black shelves and tan Lozier shelving (keep reading to understand how the pickup will work).

The pickup hours for most of the items in the auction are as follows...Friday, November 24th from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM and Saturday, November 25th from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM.  

If you buy any of the heavy duty black shelves, those shelves can be picked up on Saturday, November 25th from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, on Monday, November 27th between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, or on Tuesday, November 28th between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. 

The tan Lozier shelving can only be picked up on Monday, November 27th between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM or on Tuesday, November 28th between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. 

IF YOU DO NOT PAY/PICK UP DURING THESE TIMES - YOU LOSE ALL RIGHTS TO THESE ITEMS AND MAY BE BLOCKED FROM FUTURE BIDDING.

BRING YOUR OWN LOADING HELP AND PACKING SUPPLIES.

PAYMENTS

There is a 16% buyer’s fee added to the final sale price of all lots plus applicable sales tax (an additional 2% convenience fee will be charged for credit card and debit card payments). We reserve the right to have any bidder pay by cash or wire transfer for their invoice, regardless of amount, to prevent fraud. 

All of the items on your invoice can be picked up at the the former Critters and Crickets pet shop located at 1757 Prairie Ave, Beloit, WI 53511.(see pickup instructions below).  If your invoice is over $800, we are requesting payment by cash or wire transfer.  Please email david@beloitauction.com for wire transfer instructions.  All other invoices can be paid for by cash or credit card (though we reserve the right to have any bidder pay by cash or wire transfer for their invoice, regardless of amount, to prevent fraud).  

If you wish to pay for your purchase(s) with cash, you have a limited two-day window to do so on Wednesday, November 22nd from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM or Friday, November 24th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at our main office located at 534 West Grand Avenue, Beloit, WI.  On Friday night, we will start processing everyone's remaining payments for their invoices (less than $800) to their credit card on file. We are not taking any payments at the former Critters and Crickets pet shop. 

All winning bidders will be emailed/messaged from Shipping Saint to schedule their pickup time (feel free to call David Allen at 608-333-4586 or email him at david@beloitauction.com if you need to discuss your pickup plans).  There is limited parking so you must sign up for a specific pickup time.  All invoices that are $800 or more must be paid for by cash or wire transfer (this is to prevent fraud). If you are tax exempt, please email your paperwork to david@beloitauction.com   


All items must be picked up by during the specified pickup times or you lose all ownership rights to these items.

Welcome to Beloit Auction! This offsite auction of the former Critters and Crickets pet shop is located at 1757 Prairie Ave, Beloit, WI 53511. Please read all of the informational lots at the beginning of this auction so you understand how this auction will operate, how you can pay or how you will be charged, and when you can preview and pickup. The pickup times are specific so don't bid if you (or someone you know) can't meet those pickup times/deadlines. You should bring boxes, packaging materials, and help to load your purchases. NO bathrooms will be available onsite. Do NOT bid if you cannot pickup at the specified times. Lots not picked up during these times will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert back to Critters and Crickets pet shop.  The following terms and conditions apply to this auction. (1.) YOU must register to bid. Auctioneer may establish such Bidder Registration requirements and Bidder qualification criteria as determined, in Auctioneer's discretion, to be reasonably necessary or appropriate. In order to register to bid, YOU must provide such information (including identifying and financial information) as requested by Auctioneer. Auctioneer may refuse to accept a Bidder Registration from any potential Bidder, may refuse to grant bidding privileges to any potential Bidder, and may revoke the Bidder Registration or bidding privileges of any Bidder. Auctioneer may, in Auctioneer's absolute discretion, receive bids from a person or entity that has not registered to bid, and/or has not satisfied all requirements for Bidder Registration, and, by bidding, such person or entity will be bound by Auctioneer's Bidder Terms and Conditions. Bidder qualification and registration provisions are intended for the benefit of Auctioneer and Seller, and create no rights or interests in any other persons, including competing Bidders. There is NO SHIPPING on this auction. (6.) If for any reason payment is unable to be processed with this card, your account will be suspended, and you will be blocked from bidding. To reinstate your account, full payment for your outstanding invoice and a $50 service charge must be paid by cash or debit card. (7.) Winning bidders will be sent an email from ShippingSaint.com to schedule their pickup time slot. All items must be picked up during the specified pickup times. If you have questions, call before you bid on any items. Items not picked up during these times will be considered abandoned and all ownership rights will revert back to the seller. (8.) Anyone caught tampering with tags, merchandise or shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. (9.) Beloit Auction will not be held responsible for any inconsistencies in description announced or printed, therefore buyers are responsible for inspecting all items and deciding for themselves if the item they have seen is what they want to buy. (10.) According to Federal Uniform Commercial Code (UCC 2-238) At the closing of each auction item there is a legal binding contract for the purchase of the item. The buyer shall be responsible for safeguarding their purchased items from the public such as during the pick-up time. Beloit Auction recommends scheduling to be on site as quickly as possible to pick up your purchases. (11.) Buyers are responsible for moving, packing, boxing, and loading of all items purchased. This means providing your own vehicle, packing materials, boxes, bags, and labor/help to load your own vehicle. Beloit Auction cannot provide or insure assistance for loading of your items. (12.) Beloit Auction staff reserve the right to bid on and purchase merchandise. (13.) All our online only auctions are conducted using staggered closing times. That means every minute a select number of lots will close. The closing of an item means it is a scheduled time that bidding should end on that lot. (14.) All our online only auctions are conducted using a soft close. This means even if an item is scheduled to close at a particular time, if someone places a bid in the last 90 seconds, 90 seconds will be added to the scheduled close time for that particular lot. The time extension will continue to occur every time a bid is placed until there is at least 90 seconds with no additional bids. (15.) The Auctioneer cannot, and will not be, held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in their sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final. (16.) Buyer agrees any legal action taken regarding this auction, that jurisdiction is agreed upon by all parties to be placed in Rock County, WI.  Beloit Auction & Realty, Inc. will be entitled to the value of its time, costs, and attorney’s fees incurred as damages.
