Payment to be made at Beloit Auction or called in - there will be no payments taken at the family member's home or at the farm involved with this estate.  You will need to bring your receipt marked "Paid In Full" to all offsite pickup sites.  Pickups at the farm (6400 Cleophas Road) will ONLY be on Thursday, May 23rd from 11AM-3PM, Friday, May 24th from 11AM-3PM, and Saturday, May 25th from 11AM-3PM.  Pickups at the family member's home (less than 5 minutes away from Beloit Auction) will be on Saturday, May 25th from 11AM-2PM.

Do NOT bid if you cannot make these pickup times.

For buyers who purchase firearms, to be compliant with federal & state regulations we must do authorization checks, for which there is an additional $5.00 processing fee per long gun and a $15.00 processing fee per hand gun. 1.You must be registered in order to bid. 2. All items are sold 'As is- Where is' with no guarantees of any kind. All sales are final and no returns are allowed for any reason. 3. All invoices must be paid in full by on Saturday, March 25 at 12 P.M. If you have not picked up your items by this date and time, the credit card that you used to register your online account with will be charged. If for any reason payment is unable to be processed with this card your account will be suspended. To reinstate your account, full payment for your outstanding invoice, a $20 service charge and any other applicable charges or fees must be paid. Cash and Credit Card are the only accepted methods of payment. 4. Anyone caught tampering with tags, merchandise or shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. 5. Beloit Auction will not be held responsible for any inconsistencies in description announced or printed, therefore buyers are responsible for inspecting all items and deciding for themselves if the item they have seen is what they want to buy. 6. According to Federal Uniform Commercial Code (UCC 2-238) At the closing of each auction item there is a legal binding contract for the purchase of the item and the buyer shall be responsible for safeguarding their purchased items from the public such as during pick-up time. Beloit Auction recommends being on site as quickly as possible. 7. Buyers are responsible for the moving, packing, boxing and loading of all items purchased. This means providing your own truck, packing materials, boxes, bags, and labor/help to load your own vehicle. Beloit Auction cannot provide or insure assistance for loading of your items. 8. Beloit Auction staff reserve the right to bid on and purchase merchandise. 9. All items must be picked up at the specific times stated above per the Terms and Conditions. Unless you have made specific arrangements with Beloit Auction prior to conclusion of auction, there will be a $20 per day, per lot charge on any items not picked up in the allotted time frame. These fees will be charged to your credit card on file everyday for 7 calendar days and after 7 calendar days, your items will be considered forfeited and may be sold again at a future sale or discarded based on Beloit Auction discretion. All storage fees will apply and be charged even if the items have been considered forfeited. 10. There is a 15% buyers premium added to the hammer price of all lots. 11. All of our online only auctions are conducted using staggered closing times. That means every minute a select number of lots will close. The closing of an item means it is a scheduled time that bidding should end on that particular lot. This auction is scheduled to close 3 items per minute. 12. All of our online only auctions are conducted using a soft close. This means even if an item is scheduled to close at a particular time, if someone places a bid in the last two minutes, two minutes will be added to the scheduled close time for that particular lot. The time extension will continue to occur every time a bid is placed until there are at least two minutes with no additional bids. 13. Beloit Auction makes no representations or warranties, and disclaims any representations or warranties, (i) that the Mobile Bidding Platform, or any related website or technology provided or used will be uninterrupted, error free or virus free, (ii) as to the results that may be obtained by using the Mobile Bidding Platform or any related website or technology, or (iii) as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or current nature of the Mobile Bidding Platform or any related website technology. 14. Beloit Auction cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the online bidding site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Beloit Auction, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of Beloit Auction is final.

All Federal firearms laws will be complied with. Background checks will be conducted on ALL firearm purchases. Firearms must be paid for before we will conduct a background check. Failure to pass the background check will result in the buyer consigning the item to an upcoming Auction. Any out of state firearm purchases must be shipped to an FFL. Some firearms may not be legal in all locations. Not for sale where prohibited. Check local laws and answer all questions before bidding. NO REFUNDS. As a precondition of participating in this auction, buyer agrees to release seller from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of this item. All firearms should be inspected by a certified gunsmith prior to loading or firing. Always wear eye and ear protection when shooting firearms. Treat every firearm as if it is loaded. Safety is no accident.
