This is an ONLINE PUBLIC REAL ESTATE AUCTION...it is NOT a foreclosure auction. $9,000 minimum opening bid. 10% buyer's fee or $2,500 (whichever amount is higher). $3,000 non-refundable earnest money (certified funds or cash) required by 2:00 P.M. the Tuesday following the auction (Tuesday, December 17, 2019) at the Beloit Auction & Realty Inc. office - 534 W.
