This is an ONLINE REAL ESTATE AUCTION. $49,000 minimum opening bid. 10% buyer's fee. $3,000 non-refundable earnest money (certified funds or cash) required by 2:00 P.M. the Wednesday following the auction (July 24, 2019) at the Beloit Auction & Realty Inc. office - 534 W. Balance due at closing within 30 days (certified funds or cash).
